Conditions of participation for competitions
Raffles that are carried out on our social media sites are not subject to special rules, the following general terms and conditions and privacy statements: Eligible persons are natural persons who have completed their residence in the EU and the age of 18. Should a participant be restricted in his business ability, the consent of his legal representative is required. The delivery of the prize will be made exclusively to the winner or the legal representative. An exchange, a pickup and a cash payment of the profit are not possible. Any costs incurred for the delivery of the profits shall be borne by the operator. Any additional costs associated with claiming the profits shall be borne by the winner. For a possible taxation of the profit the winner is responsible.
If the winner reports after o.g. Profit information not within a period of 2 weeks, the profit can be transferred to another participant. The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any reason that would disrupt or prevent a planned course of the raffle. If the entry of personal data is necessary for the participation in the raffle, the participant assures that the information provided by him about the person, in particular first name, surname and e-mail address are true and correct. The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will not be passed on to third parties without consent, nor will they be left for use. In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of his name and place of residence in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the website of the operator and his social media platforms. In the case of submission of image, sound or film data, all participants declare their consent to the publication of this data in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement on the website of the operator and his social media platforms. The participant can revoke his declared consent at any time. The revocation must be addressed in writing to the contact details of the organizer stated in the imprint area. After revoking the consent, the collected and stored personal data of the participant will be deleted immediately. The raffle of the operator is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The legal process is excluded. Should a provision of these conditions of participation be or become wholly or partially ineffective, the validity of these conditions of participation will not be affected. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision applies which comes closest to the meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of the existence of a loophole in these conditions of participation.
